3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service to create, share, or promote links that:

  • Contain or redirect to illegal content (e.g., malware, fraud, phishing, terrorism, child exploitation).
  • Facilitate or promote harassment or hate speech.
  • Infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights (DMCA).
  • Are used for mass unsolicited communications (spam) or aggressive link farming.
  • Are used to cloak or mask the final destination URL from end-users or search engines.
  • Redirect to any content that violates the policies of third-party monetization platforms (e.g., Google AdSense).

Shortlinks.art reserves the right to immediately delete any link found to be in violation of this AUP without prior notice.

4. Ownership and Licensing

The links you create and the traffic data associated with those links belong to you, the creator. You grant Shortlinks.art a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and redirect your created links solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. All intellectual property rights in the Service itself (code, design, logo, etc.) are owned by Andrey Lopukhov.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Shortlinks.art makes no warranty that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the use of the Service (e.g., analytics data) will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that Shortlinks.art (Andrey Lopukhov) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, resulting from:

  • The use or the inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your links or data.
  • Deletion of your link due to AUP violation or link expiration.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Andrey Lopukhov from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or any breach of these ToS.

8. Changes to Terms

Shortlinks.art reserves the right to update and change the ToS at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
